About Kristie Rhodus
Kristie Rhodus joined Cavanaugh & Thickens, LLC in April of 2024 as a paralegal, bringing over twenty years of experience to the team. Kristie earned her paralegal degree in 2003 and has since dedicated her career to providing support and guidance to her clients. Kristie decided to join Cavanaugh & Thickens, LLC because she was drawn to the team’s family-oriented atmosphere and the firm’s commitment to community service.
As a workers’ compensation paralegal, Kristie works closely with Attorney Nicholas J. Skorzewski to help seamlessly guide clients through the workers’ compensation process. She enjoys getting to know her clients and ensuring they get the service and support that they need and deserve. She’s proud to be a part of a team that prioritizes a positive client experience.
Kristie was inspired to become a paralegal after being involved in a serious car accident when she was only 15. She worked very closely with the paralegal handling her case and was moved by how much she cared about her and her recovery. Kristie brings this same level of care and attention to her clients today.
Originally from Lexington, Kristie enjoys spending time with her family, watching her daughters play softball, fishing, and camping.
