About Lily Ernsberger

Lily Ernsberger joined Cavanaugh & Thickens, LLC in June of 2024 as a paralegal. Originally from Richmond, Lily was looking for a team that was deeply involved in the community, which she quickly found at Cavanaugh & Thickens, LLC.

Lily’s journey into the legal field began during her undergraduate studies at Skidmore College while taking two law classes that quickly became her favorites. Her interest in law and her experience landed her an internship with a lawyer in Boston, Massachusetts during her senior year.

As a paralegal, Lily’s favorite part of her role is getting to connect with clients, something she finds very fulfilling. Her daily tasks include updating her clients, checking in on treatment progress, communicating with insurance companies, and much more.

In her spare time, Lily enjoys playing volleyball and pickleball, reading, swimming, going on walks, and seeing friends.
